Kevin Cooper, L.M.T. has been a massage therapist for over twenty years. He is a 1993 graduate of the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics in Albuquerque, N.M. He has worked as a staff member of Team Rehab for close to twenty years providing therapeutic massage to patients.

Trigger Point Massage
Uses myofascial technique. Releases tight areas within the muscles that cause pain due to muscle overuse, repetitive stresses, or injury. Isolated pressure and release.
Deep Tissue Massage
Best for chronically tight or painful muscles. Massage therapist will work with you to determine your comfort level. May feel sore for a day or two after deep tissue massage.
Increases circulation and relieves tired, aching muscles. Light to moderate pressure. Very gentle, relaxing, and stress reducing. If this is your first massage, this is a good one to try.
