Team Rehab is a team of exceptional, skilled, experienced, and caring professionals whose commitment is to provide the highest quality of physical rehabilitation services possible.
Team Rehab consists of a team of clinical professionals including a Physiatrist, physical therapists, and physical therapy assistants. Our sister company, Funtastic Fitness, also compliments our team by offering Pilates, Massage Therapy, and Personal Training.
Physical Therapy services may be provided independently with a referral from your physician or in conjunction with a physiatric evaluation which can be scheduled in our office.
